Useful information to keep in mind during your stay

Timetables

  • Breakfast: Lobby of the hotel from 7am to 10am (divided into three shifts: 7am, 8am and 9 am).
  • Swimming pool: Central pool on the ground floor. Lobby pool from 9am to 8:30pm.
  • MPR (Multi-purpose Room): Ground floor from 9:30am to 10:30pm.
  • Check-in: 12:00 noon.
  • Check-out: 10am.
  • Late check-out: additional charge, until 6pm.

Rooms

  • Only 1 key card per room is given (double or triple room). The guest keeps it during the stay.
  • There will be a charge for the loss or damage of the key card.
  • Eating is forbidden in the room.
  • SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the rooms and in closed communal areas.
  • If the guests are not in the room, the air conditioner must be turned off.
  • We recommend buying small bottles, so you can keep them in the minibar in the room. The room has a minibar that you can use it, but it is not suitable for ice or food.
  • SAFE: The hotel has safes (without additional charge) in every room, where the guests can put their personal valuables.
  • The hotel is not responsible for lost or missing objects. 

Use: key in a 6-digit code and then press the # button to close the safe. You must key in the same code to open it.

  • In case of any inconvenience, contact reception by pressing number ´0´ on the phone.

Lobby and Front Desk

  • Guests can use this area to have meals and drinks. Only fast-food takeaways are allowed.
  • Takeaways: in case of asking for a take-away service, guests are responsible for the order and the reception.
  • The hotel has beverage sales services.
  • The Hotel has mate kits for passengers. You can borrow one from the front desk.
  • The hotel has hand scales to weigh your luggage. Ask at the front desk.

Rules on the usage of swimming pools:

  • Central Pool (ground floor) and Lobby pool: from 9am to 8:30pm.
  • Minors can neither enter nor stay without the presence of a responsible adult.
  • Sharp, pointed objects are not allowed in the poolside.
  • Respect the entry and stay restrictions according to the depth shown in every area in the swimming pool.

Excursions - Information

  • Our recepcionists can advise the guests and give information about the available services and excursions.

Sustainable Management

Arami Hotel & Lodge is an enterprise that was thought and created as a green hotel. It is focused on a sustainable management with a strong compromise on preserving and taking care of the environment. Thus it is that, since the start-up activities in 2014, we have been working on:

    • Programs for controlling the electricity use with card readers systems and procedures, and sensors in communal areas.
    • Responsible water use and management.
    • Use of biodegradable and eco-friendly cleaning products.
    • Use of bioenergy and eco fuel with pellet boilers.
    • Plastic bottles and caps recycling.

We inform the guests of this policy and we recommend and invite them to join in the responsible environmental actions.

Likewise, the company manages the CSR (Corporate Social Responsability), and it affirms its social commitment of hiring local suppliers with organic certification and/or environmental commitment.

In this regard, ARAMI HOTEL affirms its bases on the ongoing self-assessments in management, and on the future integration of new tools that will reinforce the responsible activity in pursuit of sustainability.

COVID-19 Protocol

  • You must wear a mask in the hotel facilities.
  • We suggest you use hand sanitizer and wash your hand frequently.
  • Social distancing is mandatory.
